Shipping & Returns
Return Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the remainder of the product, with receipt, within 15 days for an immediate refund (no exchanges).
Returns must be shipped back at customer’s expense. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
Promotional items must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.

Note: All sales are final for clearance/sale items. No returns or exchanges will be permitted.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed at refuelnutrition.com are shipped to the 48 Contiguous United States and will be shipped standard UPS Ground. Shipping charges are noted in the side shopping cart and on final checkout page.
Note: AK, HI, PO BOX Orders: Our normal shipping charges will NOT APPLY at checkout. Shipping cost will be computed after your order is placed. We will send you an email with actual shipping costs for approval before order is processed and shipped. Your order will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.
Once we receive your order, we will process and ship out your order same day if order is received by 12pm (EST). If order is received after 12pm (EST), you order may ship out same day but most likely next business day. If we need to contact you regarding your order (mis-typed information, declined credit card, out-of-stock items, etc.), we will contact you via the email address you provided or phone call which could delay order shipping.
We ship all orders out of Greenville, South Carolina. We use UPS Ground delivery so it could take from 1 to 7 business days for delivery depending on location. For example: East Coast: 1 to 2 business days; West Coast: 5 to 7 business days.
We prefer to ship to an actual business (your work place) address for several reasons:
- 1. To ensure that your product(s) does not sit outside for long periods of time since most of the products are sensitive to heat (supplements);
- 2. To make sure that we receive a signature confirmation (to help verify that your order made it to you);
- 3. UPS tends to deliver to business addresses sooner in the day and make all deliveries before end of business day whereas with home deliveries will be delivered by end of day (up till 7pm).
We do not ship internationally unless to a Military base (AA, AE, AP).
